We offer free shipping for all domestic orders (U.S. only). For rush delivery, we offer FedEx Express delivery for $5.
We accept returns within 60 days of the original purchase date. We can refund your order in full or offer you store credit. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Gift cards are non-returnable.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and processed your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you haven’t received a refund within 10 days of sending back the product, first check to see if you received a refund notification from 31 Bits. If you have, double check your bank account and make sure it hasn't appeared yet.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items marked "Final Sale" may not be returned or refunded.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you may return the item within 30 days of purchase. You will receive a gift card via email for the value that the item is marked at the time of your return. If you'd like to return a gift, please reach out to us firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll get that return started for you.
