Shipping

We offer free shipping for all domestic orders (U.S. only) over $75. For orders under $75, we offer USPS First Class shipping for a flat rate of $6.00 for U.S. orders. For any other type of post, including international orders, standard USPS shipping rates apply.

International Shipping

Standard USPS rates apply. You will be liable for all import duties, customs and taxes levied by your country your order is being shipped to. These will be due at the point of, or after delivery. We are not liable for these charges, and they unfortunately can not be reimbursed or refunded by 31 Bits. If you are unsure of the charges, please contact your local customs office to find out more information.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. We can refund your order in full (minus shipping) or offer you store credit. Just email [email protected] for assistance. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Gift cards are non-returnable.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Email [email protected] to request your return, and we will send you a return label.

Shipping costs from your original purchase are non-refundable.  If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund within 10 days of sending back the product, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items marked "Final Sale" may not be returned or refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] and send your item to: 1001 W 17th st. Suite A1 Costa Mesa California US 92627.

Returning a Gift

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you m ay return the item within 30 days of purchase. You will receive a gift credit for the value that the item is marked at the time of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you. You can provide your email address to [email protected].

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and she/he will find out about your return.
